ADP2387 vs ADP2389

ADP2389 can be bought through Digikey and Mouser but currently no stocks. They show lead times though. If samples are urgent, you may contact local ADI sales or FAE who may be able to help you.

Thank you for the reply.  My question was regarding your ADP2387 part showing up in your ADIsimPower tool, not the part search tool.  Supposedly the ADP2387 is supported in the ADIsimPower tool but it doesn't show up for me.   

Understood about sampling.   Being a small company, preference is given when selecting a new part to ones which appear to have some user base, and one indication of this can be seeing stock in several major distributors.  The ADP2387 appears readily available right now now while the ADP2389 does not.

Because of these issues I have elected to go with a different manufacturer/part for my application.  Thank you for responding to my post.
