Hi! 
 My customer is planning to employ below several power parts and want to try PCB thermal simulation.(looks like FPGA). 
 Could you please tell me the &theta;Jjb(Theta Jjb) reference value of 4 power parts? 
 (LTC3611EWP, LTC3631EDD,LTC3634EUFD and LTM4632EV)

 For the LTM4632 TJMAX = 125&deg;C, &theta;JCtop = 17&deg;C/W, &theta;JCbottom = 11&deg;C/W, &theta;JB +&theta;BA = 22&deg;C/W, &theta;JA = 20&deg;C/W WEIGHT = 0.21g. Thanks.
