a simple question about ADP5300. To estimate total consumption, do we have to add the quiescent current, feedback biais current and sync/mode current to the charge_current*efficiency ?

One way to estimate input power is to look at the efficiency graphs in page 8 of datasheet. In Figure 6 VIN 4.2V for example, efficiency is around 95%. Input power will be (VOUT x LOAD CURRENT)/ Efficiency. At 50mA load current, input power will be 0.173W.
