I understood what the mistake was. Forgot to set 12V on CPWR.

You are right. CPWR provides power to control circuit and it needs to be connected to Vin. A frequency set resistor is also needed at the FREQ pin. DRVCC pin needs a 4.7uF decoupling cap that puts close to this pin.
