Hi,
For LT3010, you can refer to page5 of the datasheet (LT3010 ADJ pin voltage and LT3010-5 Output Voltage graphs).
For LT3014, you can refer to page4 of the datasheet (ADJ Pin voltage graph).
Those graphs will give you a reference to output voltage change when temperature changes.
