I have built a 6A, 15V buck using LT3845A. It's temperature is almost 100 deg.C. during
normal job. There is an extra 50mm2 of copper connected to its thermal pad.
Maybe it is not sufficient, I know.
Does this IC has reliable temperature protection in order to cool it down
during excessive temp. growth ?
