What's the maximum sink current of PG pin when it is pulled low internal (POWER not GOOD state)?
Thanks
Hi,
Considering the typical application on the datasheet, RPG = 200kohms. With a 12V input, Current at PG would be about 60uA.
I'm planning use this pin as 'discharge' pin when disable the chip, so I won't use 200kOhm at pull up, but a smller one, what's the smallest value it can afford, and can be recognized as low safely by a CMOS input logic?
Hi,
Please don't exceed the pull-down current of the PG pin which is 100uA when considering the resistor value.
Regards,
