HI ADI Expert,
We would like use LTC786x as surge stopper and it need pass MIL-STD-1275D standard.
We picked LTC7860 first but we can't find 250V P-MOS with low RDson so Power dissipation is quote large.
Now we're studying LTC7862 which use N-MOS, but we can't find description about designing with floating ground. ( It describes very clearly in LTC7860's datasheet )
May I know :
1. Does ADI provide LTC7862 reference design which pass MIL-STD-1275D standard?
2. Can you share more design note about designing LTC7862 with floating ground?
