DC2039A Evaluation Board USB not functioning

    I received my brand new DC2039A today and am trying to get started with it. However, I can't get it to appear as a USB device on my computer. I'm using the latest edition of the QuikEval software and installing all the drivers it prompts me to. When I look in Device Manager (on my Win10 PC) the device doesn't even show up as an 'unknown device'.
    

    

    Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
