Hi, I have already realized a PoE splitter with your LT4295IUFD
Now i must project the reverse: an INJECTOR with power supply Input AC/DC 12/24 Volt -> for supply 48 Volt about on the Ethernet line.
This is for supply the my factory Ethernet Devices like PoE Camera. The power to supply is not to much... about 10-30 Watt...
There is a Chip controller LT or other Analog for this functions ?? (i need single channel)
I must design a complete and standalone INJECTOR, with Ethernet Data RJ45 passing and the supply Power injector for PoE devices.
I do not have many restrictions, only the Power Supply Input must be Low voltage from about 12 to 30 Volt (NOT 40<->60 Volt !)
And the power supplied on the Ethernet it’s not very high… about 15-30 Watt or a little bit more if possible… simple and single channel!
Do you suggest me Analog or Linear models ?? With complete solutions, evaluation Boards, start Up….
With all the necessaries, LAN transformer, auxiliary, WURTH components, ecc…
May be the LTC4279 (DEMO MANUAL DC2541A) with a Boost DC/DC Converter Power Supply (24V to 55V/57V) may be the best choice ??
LTC4279 (DC2541A) would be my recommendation for a single channel PSE at 30W. The power supply for Power over Ethernet needs isolation, so use a Flyback or Forward instead of a Boost Converter. Check out LT3748 (DC1860B) for 10V to 15V input and 52.5V / 0.7A output, or LT3753 (DC2306A) for 10V to 50V input and 54V / 1.5A output.

The my Input Power Supply come from a Toroidal Transformer with class B insulation for transformer and double insulations in the primary (230V~) and secondary wire (24V~). In addition he has a thermal cut-out. I use a rectifier and filter bridge to have about 35 Volt=.
I take more than 6 mm rigid insulation and distances from all the PCB and cable path.
With this Voltage i want use an easy step-up converter not isolated without flyback or forward RF transformer, but with single power inductor. Because the insulation is made from the primary Toroidal Transformer i think!.
