Hello,
I'm using LTC7004 for LED SW. When all FET are off, LED current is unstable. Are there any problems like following circuit?

Hi,
I think you can use P-channel FETs with P-ch FET drivers instead of N-Channel FETs. P-Ch driver doesn't need a charge pump.

There is a charge pump current to maintain the voltage across the boost cap (BST to TS pin). When all the FETs are OFF, this current from each controller flows to GND via LEDs. This could be the reason…

Hi,
Thank you for your answer. Do you have any ideas for avoiding unstable LED current?
Thanks & regards,
