Thanks for providing us the URL to check material section But package wise FMD(Material Declaration) data is available on website for 20 ld LCC (e-20-1) package at URL(https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/packaging-quality-symbols-footprints/package-index/lcc-leaded-or-leadless-chip-carrier/lcc-leadless-ceramic.html ) and it contains lead (7439-92-1) more than 1000 PPM, Therefore part should be ROHS NON Compliant on the website but appearing YES at given URL(https://quality.analog.com/searchresults.aspx). So please look into this conflict and correct the ROHS status.
