ISSUE WITH LTC1966 RMS TO DC CONVERTER

Question

I have simulated using LTspiceXVII the LTC1966 RMS to DC converter for my application. But when tried to implement in reality it won't work in Lab. Below is the screen capture of how i tried to implement. 
 
 In reality when as soon as i power the IC without any differential input/ with differential input my output was always -1.46V. Is anything wrong with the way I try to use the IC? 
 Can somebody help me understanding the issue? Quick response is appreciated.

Hi Pandu: 
 The LTC1966 inputs don't work outside the supplies. 
 It looks to me like your source is floating, so one or both inputs are probably hitting a supply limitation. 
 Can you force Vin_RTN to be close to analog ground? That way the other input will swing around ground and hopefully remain within the valid (within supplies) range.
