Do you have any documents to help the tranformer design for LTC3300-1?
My spec is 8 cell stack, 72Ah, 15A constant voltage and current charging.
Below I describe a methodology for specifying a transformer for the individual converters in a LTC3300-based balancer system.
I have attached a pdf copy of a Mathcad worksheet to illustrate some design options. Sheet 1 of the worksheets sets up the problem including number of cells, transformer specifications, and current-sense-resistor values. Using the first 3 equations on sheet 2, the operating frequency of the balancer can be calculated. Next, the primary and secondary currents are calculated.
You can use the equations on sheet 2 to perform calculations with different parameters. The design procedure is iterative, and goes as follows.

I recommend a 1:2 (primary-to-secondary) turns ratio as I mentioned in the October 11, 2018 posting. The design procedure in the posting should help you with the transformer-design details.
