sorry, I don`t find specific transfer function from the datasheet though I have read it many times. Therefore, can you give me the transfer function instead of a graph? The graph is different from what i have known and i can not get the transfer function through the graph.

Beyond the three transfer functions graphs on page 4 and 5 of the LT1431 Data Sheet, there is no additional information available. You may also be interested in looking at the newer LT4430 Secondary-Side Opto-Coupler Driver.
