LTM4650 parallel operation for 300A

Hi,

using LTpower CAD II I am not able to get the required phase margin.

I am using 12 phases (25A each) to get to 300A.

the example designs go up to 200A only.

the requirement is 0.85V and 300A

any help is appreciated.

    Can you provide your email address and I will send you a LTPower CAD file for 300A operation.

    Is it for LTM4650 or LTM4650-1 or LTM4650A

    To generate a 300A template, blue box in the converter specification are required to be filled in. For instance,

    - Min. Input Voltage

    - Norm. Input Voltage

    - Max. Input Voltage

    - Num. of Output Rails

    - Max. Num. Parallel Phases

    -Find Part #:

    -Output Rail 1

    -Vout1 :

    -Iout1:

    Then click the LT icon in the displayed parts on the most left. 300A LTM4650 template will be displayed.

    To have sufficient phase margin, output capacitor type and number needs to be selected.

    If for LTM4650-1, the external compensator network is required to be adjusted as well.
