Pulse Current Use LTC3092


I want to design a pulse current use LTC3092.The rise time is 1ns and the fall time is 1ns,the pusle width is 40ns.I use the DMN53D0LQ to switch the current.But I didn't get the ideal result.Who can help me?

    The image below of a LT3092 datasheet graph shows that the LT3092 is too slow to make a 1 ns edge since the LT3092 takes around 500ns to respond to a transient on the input supply, and the ~500ns response time is a very rough indication of the regulation loop BW of the LT3092.  An appropriately fast regulation loop BW is necessary to make a pulse with a 1ns edge.

    Can you make a block diagram and perhaps a waveform diagram of exactly what you are trying to accomplish?  The diagram should include all voltages, currents, input supplies and loads that are available or needed.  Then you can post the diagrams on some forums and perhaps someone can give you advice on how to accomplish your goal.

    The LTC6268-10 applications engineer should be able to suggest a method to test the part.  Just contact Technical Support through the ADI web page.  You may need to study a white paper - for instance AN128, Jim Williams - but that is only a guess.
