Hi Analog and Linear experts,
I have problem with reverse supply protection, at LTC4367.When I connect reversed supply to IN, at OUTput is measured negative voltage instead 0V.All others LTC4367 functionality with positive supply work correctli (UV, OV).
When you apply negative Vin to LTC4367, the internal reverse Vin comparator detects that and shorts the Gate of the external MOSFETs to the negative input using an internal switch. This switches off the external MOSFETs and disconnects the channel. For negative input voltage, you should see zero Vout. See the LTspice simulation attached with it.
Are you seeing this on your board or during simulation?
Thank you for reply.I find source of problem: switched Drain and Source on MOSFET transistors.It was really confusing because with normal supply it works everything ok (UV, OV).
I have one more question.I can't find any electrical informations about the Reverse protection switch. Is there some maximum current or capacitive load (on this switch)?
