Product Number: LTM4668A
I have problem with LTM4668A witch such configuration:
VCC_3.3v works correctly but VCC_2.5V not. There is 2.82V and on POWER_FB_VCC_2.5V i have 0.7V.
Both power En works very strange. Both OFF -> 0V on both output but activating one of them activates both Outputs.
I have changed C390 to 4u7 and this is the oscillogram:
POWER_FB_VCC_3.3V -> ~13.4kR
POWER_FB_VCC_2.5V -> ~20kR - changing this value, VCC_2.5V doesn't change.
Same situation on three boards.
Simulating this circuit in LTspice seems to work fine.
Any suggestions?
There is an issue on the schematic? or what should i check/ measure to understand what is happening there.
