LTC1153IS8 datasheet explane that it can be usefull for overcurrent protection, and it can be work with Autoreset mode. It has a great functionalities for Power Systems applications as a Anti-LatchUp protections in the space applications. But, for use in the space i would like to know some aspects abaut this component:
1) Whats is the semiconductor technology of this?, Bipolar, FET, or Hybrid?
2) There are information about Single Event Effects over this component?
