    Hi:
    

    I am using a LTC2943 in a small project, it is being monitored with a PIC16F18326 MPU.  Everything seemed fine then suddenly it stopped monitoring the battery voltage and current.  Strangely the Coulomb counter seems to keep working.  I created three breakout-boards with LTC2943 chips, they exhibit the same problem.  Is there some programming issue I`ve missed?

        Hi Tom,
        

        I had a similar issue. I2C communication stopped. In my case I disabled \ALCC in control regiser B and after that I have not had further problems. If you need \ALCC enabled make sure to reply with the ARA command.
