For the MAX17201/05/11/15 Fuel Gauges, what should I do with the THERM, AIN1 and AIN2 pins if I do not implement temperature monitoring?

The easiest option is to leave all three pins unconnected.   If you'd prefer to not leave them open, THRM, AIN1 and AIN2 can be tied to REG3 safely.
