Vempty Register value is calculated as follows,
As given in the user guide, lower 7 bits corresponds to VR and higher 9 bits corresponds to VE.
For example, for default value of 0xA561, Binary equivalent is 0b 1010 0101 0110 0001,
For lower 7 bits, it is 0b 110 0001 = 97(Decimal value)
For higher 9 bits, it is 0b 1010 0101 0 = 330(Decimal value)
Therefore,
VR = 97 x 40mV = 3.88V
VE = 330 x 10mV = 3.3V.
