The Recovery Voltage is part of the Empty Voltage register.
The first 7 bits (D0-D6) of the nVEmpty Register (19Eh) correspond to the Recovery Voltage (VR), and the next 9 correspond to the Empty Voltage (VE).
For instance writing 0x8761 to the nVEmpty Register would create an Empty Voltage of 2.7V and a Recovery Voltage of 3.88V.
