A: The sampling rate depends on the mode. The ADC sample period in hibernate mode is once every 5.625s. The sample period for active mode is 175.8ms. During hibernate mode, quick burst of current may be missed during sampling and thus exhibit some error, but note that this error will be momentary as the m5 algorithm will correct itself via open-circuit voltage estimations.
