MAX17211 is used as fuel gauge, why does the SOC drop a lot after the device being placed for a long time? How to recover it?

1.  Please check whether the fuel gauge enter the shipping mode.

2. If the fuel gauge doesn't enter shipping mode. please do the reset command to recover the SOC after being palced for a long time.
