Are there any measurements of REF and VL at start-up for part MAX1873?

The start-up plot shown below was captured using the MAX1873EVKIT with default jumper configurations. There was no battery (BATT+) or load (i.e. SYSTEM LOAD) connected during testing.

CH3 = VL
