When MAX6361 is not powered up (i.e Vcc =0V) and voltage is applied to BATT, how does OUT behave?
Doing bench testing with the test setup below, the test result shows that OUT is floating. OUT was measured to be have the same voltage as BATT, which was measured to be around 3.293V.
