I'm working with the MAx20356EVKIT and I see that all the Bucks, LDOs, etc are disabled by default:

I confirmed with the oscilloscope. If just enable them, they work as expected. I confirmed with the datasheet that this is the intended behaviour, written in the OTP of all available versions.

My questions here:
* Can I write in this OTP to choose which ones are enabled by default?
* Do you have other part numbers with this configuration enabled?
* What is the usecase of a PMIC like this with all the outputs disabled by default. How can I power the microcontroller to write I2C commands if all the rails are off?
This is a critial issue for our design and will decide if we use this device or not.
Thanks
