We have a product that has a battery of 7800mAhr with an average usage of 50 mA.
After configuring the fuel gauge with mostly the default configurations:
DesignCap (7800mAhr) = 0x3CF0
ModelCfg (lithium cobalt oxide variants, high charge voltage) = 0x8400
we observe that the TTE register (11h) reads as a value of 0xFFFF or about 102 hours while in reality we know it can last much longer.
Are we reading it correctly? Is there something else we need to configure to support longer time to empty estimations?
