Hi Sunghyun,
It depends of the voltage between the chassis and the top cell: if >60V you need an isolator to avoid isolation break between MAX17841b and MAX17852.
If <60V and negative pole of cells stack is linked to chassis, only add a fuse to avoid short-circuit in case the MAX17852 is failing short.
