Design Files For DC2100B EVAL Board

Question

The design files for the DC2100 available as as ZIP download file on the AD website do not contain the file DC2100B-1.ASC file. I am using Altium Designer and I cannot import the PCB design file without the ASC file. Could you please provide that? 
 https://www.pads.com/downloads/pads-pcb-viewer/ is not working for me.I need Altium PCB file or PADS ASC file can you help me?

Hello, 
 We do not have 3D models for these boards. The boards were created about 10 years or more and we did not create any 3D models for them back then. 
 Here is the ASCII files for the DC2064A. PADS ASCII.zip
