Problem reporting capacities in SBS mode

I am using your fuel gauge to manage a LIION 3500mAh 1 cell battery, I configured the parameters using the configuration manager and the development kit.

In SBS compliant registers currents are reported correctly, but capacities are 4 times the value 4 mAh per LSB instead of 1 mAh.

I do not know what the problem is with the configuration.

I am attaching a screen shot of the configuration parameters, and the SBS related registers. The SBS registers in the development software convert capacity correctly, but the value of the register does not match 1 mAh/LSB as it should be.

What is the configuration issue ?
