I've looked at the characteristics of SLB batteries and they will indeed need a custom characterization to work, so please reach out to your regional FAE or salesperson to request one.

However, please keep in mind that the batteries you've selected are operating at much lower voltages than typical Li-ion batteries. You will have to ensure that that IC you've selected can work for your use case as many of our protections will begin tripping unless modifications are made to the setup.
