    Hello

    

    We are using the LTC4012 IC to charge a 4S LiFEPo4 battery pack. 
    

    The trouble is it starts and then stops after 2 seconds and does not run as expected. We've run a number of tests and are still at a loss.
    I have also attached the scope views of the ITH, Prog and INTVDD pins and the schematic for your review.
