Product Number: MAX17048
As I understand this it is supposed to give the percentage of the rate of change of SOC both charging and discharging.
Do I need to get 16 bits from that register location?
I'm using a 2000 mAh LiPo charging at 526 mA. When it's charging I see a value of approximately 12%. When I disconnect the external power and the device starts running on the battery that value starts going toward zero then goes to a large number such as 13613%.
Just trying to understand how this register is to be interpreted.
