What is the cell balancing input resistance of unpowered LTC6811 chip?

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: LTC6811-1

Considering the off-state LTC6811 , if the chip cell inputs still connected to the battery cells, what is the internal impedance of those inputs? By the word "unpowered" I mean the MCU is not communicating with the chip over SPI and it is in it's inactive mode (neither balancing nor monitoring) . This important parameter is not provided in the datasheet. This will allow to know if external charger still can be connected and charge the battery while unpowered LTC6811 still connected to it.
