We're integrating the MAX17205 for multi-cell battery packs in our medical devices. Currently, we're experiencing SOC estimation discrepancies, particularly when the device remains inactive for extended periods. Our in-house testing suggests a potential mismatch between the MAX17205's internal OCV model and our specific battery cells' behavior. We're looking for technical support and or consulting services to help us refine the SOC estimation algorithm or receive guidance on custom firmware solutions to better match our battery configuration.
