Need to bring video back porch to 0V

Question

Hi all 
 
 I have a requirement of making my video black porch to 0V, because we are using a single source crosspoint switch my video's back porch is nearly around 300mV, but I need it to be at 0V. I found a few parts like MAX7450/MAX7451/MAX7452 and MAX7438/MAX7439 but all parts are obsolete. 
 
 Can you suggest any alternative part or any circuit to move the sync to the negative and the back porch to 0V.
