Hi,
Our customer uses MAX793.
The engineer of customer uses MAX793 under the condition make each pins: PFI, PFO and MR independent.
That meaning is not connected each other pins.
MR pin: Input high and low signal
PFI pin: Input devided voltage from +5V
PFO pin: Only check voltage level
He has a problem that the PFO voltage level will not down low when detecting faile if MR voltage level is low.
The PFO voltage level will be low when detecting faile if MR voltage level is high.
How about causes can we think?
If you have any same or nearly experiences, please tell me them.
