Dears,
Our customer is using MAX17703 for 8 series Li-Ion Batteries charger, but it can't work:
Test condition:
Vin=48V±4%
output load: electronic load(CV mode)
when supply 48V on the MAX17703, no output current, not even 1/10 rated current(precharge current)，the flag (FLG2 and FLG1) showing 01（Latched fault or charge suspend due to high- or low-battery-temperature detection*）
but we check the voltage on Pin16, it was between 1.0V-1.5V.
will you help to check what problem? appriciate that!!
