LTC6804-2, reading first two cells to be 0x00

Hi, I'm having trouble reading the first two cells of my battery stack, I'm using the LTC6804-2 chip. The issue occurs when the LTC6804-2 is connected in parallel with another microcontroller client on the same SPI bus. However I can read cells 3-12 perfectly fine

Kindly check if you have the correct hardware configuration See figure 47 of the LTC6804 schematic.Also, check if the broadcast commands configuration is correct. See Commands, Operation, and Serial Programming.
