Question about the Cell Monitoring IC & ISO SPI. (LTC6811-1, LTC6820)

Hello, I'm a BMS designer.

I designed a target PCB with LTC6811-1 in the ADI product line.

To verify this, I purchased the DC1941D EVM Board with LTC6820 as the SPI initiator role.

Here's the question.

1. Is there a way to easily verify the target PCB that I made by purchasing a controller board without debugging it?

2. There seem to be 2 types of controller boards that can support SW.

1) 1) DC2026
2) 2) DC590B

I bought DC590B today.
I would like to know the difference between DC2026 and DC590B.

3. Can target PCB be sufficiently verified with the combination of target PCB (LTC6811-1) and DC1941D (LTC6820) and DC590B?

I would like to complete the verification with DC590B without purchasing DC2026.

  • As the GUI is no longer supported any bug fixes will not be available. This was developed on older windows version and hence will be not supported on newer windows. I will recommend you to shift to Linduino and sketchbook as mentioned above. If you are not able to find it, please us an Arduino for your evaluation. The sketchbook is compatible with both.
