I ran in to the same issue described here- quikeval recognizes the board but is unable to open the DC2039A application (image below on left). I received a link for direct download of the GUI, but don't know where in file structure this needs to be placed for quikeval to find it. If I open the em4015 application directly, I only see a blank gray screen, shown below on the right. Please advise on how I can use the DC2039A application properly.

Apologies for late response. I hope you found the solution already. Using our demo board, open the LTC4015 GUI application directly. If you're board is not powered up, there should be a pop-up message like this:
If you connect a supply voltage, the GUI should run after clicking "ok". If you have a voltage supply connected before opening the LTC4015 application, the GUI should run immediately.
To double check, you can look for the Excel file that is automatically created once the GUI runs the first time.
