If MAX17055 lost power by VBATT < 2.3V, it needs VBATT > 3V to start operation. If MAX17055 is read or writen before the dead battery recovers to a high enough voltage, the operation is not reliable. The invaild DevName value means nothing, and customer should wait for the vaild DevName before other operation to MAX17055.
