MAX14745D cannot bring up if insert a usb charger, the Vsys voltage has an oscillator waveform, how to fix this?

add a pull up resister(100k) between Vbuck2 and PFN1. if MAX14745D bring up, the PFN1 should output a high level, the MAX14745D cannot enter into ship mode.  

Also, need to add a capatity between PFN1 and GND.
