Original Question: ADIsimPE schematic from UG-241 by rpmarchand
Hello,
i recently downloaded the ADIsimPE files as recommended in UG-241 and it seems to be missing a file for the ADM1275/ADM1276. The MOSFETs PSM1R0-30YLC models are not included. I checked a few manufacturer's website and I cannot seem to find a compatible model. Would you be able to post this model or direct me to an appropriate location to download it from?

Hi Rene,
The model of the MOSFET is left out intentionally in this case to encourage user to learn how to import third party models.
The MOSFET part number actually PSMN1R0-30YLC
google it will lead you to its product web page
http://www.nxp.com/products/mosfets/standard_mosfets/PSMN1R0-30YLC.html
on the left of the product page there is a section called direct downloads and in it a link called "all models"
click it and download the model. unzip and save the PSMN1R0-30YLC.lib on PC
drag the file into the simulation tool schematic to include it and you should be good to go.
