The components CF and RF form a simple RC filter to block high frequency ringing that would otherwise trip the overcurrent limit. The values for each component can be changed so long as the corner frequency is between 1MHz and 20MHz, where the corner frequency is given by fc = 1/(2*pi*RF*CF).
