I'm using MAX20008AFOA/VY+, can not get up to 8A output @ 3.3V, why?

For 3.3v output voltage design, we recommend to use MAX20008AFOB/VY+ with fixed 3.3V output. The output voltage range of MAX20008AFOA/VY+ is 4.5V to 10V, see below table.
