The MAX20734 Typical Application Circuit shows the PMBus IO is "1.8V or 3.3V" compliant.
As there is only one threshold voltage internally in the MAX20734, the PMBus can be used at any voltage between 1.5V and 3.6V. The diagram shows 1.8V or 3.3V as these are very common microcontroller IO voltages.
